Subscription orders are sent using a Royal Mail Large Letter untracked service. You can expect delivery 2-3 business days after the date of dispatch shown on your dashboard.
International Subscription orders are sent using a tracked international mail service and will be delivered 5-10 business days after the date of dispatch shown on your dashboard.
PO boxes: Our couriers are unable to deliver to PO boxes at this time.
APO addresses: Unfortunately, none of the international couriers is able to deliver parcels to APO addresses, as only the USPS is allowed to deliver to military bases.

We will refund the full value of any products provided the conditions below are met:
1) You are able to return the products in question to us within 28 days of receipt of your order.
2) Your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unworn, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.
In case any of the items you purchased are faulty, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve the situation for you.
Please note that we are currently unable to offer an international freepost returns label, so, unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return.
